SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible after your order being placed.
Typical timeframe to receive your order is between 3-5 working days, however, please allow 7-14 days. Some packages face delays beyond our control and once it leaves us we have no control over the delivery.
Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post.
Shipping Costs
Free Delivery when your order is £25 and over.
Under £25. If your order is under £25 you will pay the courier charge of £2.95

Delivery to Jersey is £7.95, Isle of Man £0-£25 is £3.20 Free above £25. Northern Ireland £0-£60 is £13 free above £60
Where's my stuff?

Should your delivery fail to arrive within the specified period, email Mak@MaksPatch.co.uk and we'll check on your goods.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched by us, you will be liable for any subsequent costs incurred by us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN OF GOODS Goods may only be returned to the Seller by prior arrangement.

To return any items please send, together with you name, address and order number your package to:

Goods returned for any reason other than being faulty or defective, must be unused, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging, sent freight paid to the Seller.

We do not offer free returns.

We Do Not offer returns on Dog Treats.
No returned goods will be accepted more than 30 days after the goods were dispatched, by the Seller. Where the return of goods is accepted by the Seller, the Seller will issue a refund for the invoiced amount returned.
